Glenn has always had a passion for all things sport and fitness! From early childhood he has always been a keen cricketer & rugby league player.
Glenn has an extensive knowledge in strength & conditioning and sports specific training. He is our resident "supp" guy, if you have questions about protein, creatine, aminos, glutamine, pre-work outs, bcaa's etc - Glenn will have the answers!
