Our Boxfit class gives you strength and endurance benefits without training with weights – it will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. Participants work in small groups or pairs. We go through technique (specific to boxing for fitness not sparring), then move through a range of drills that focus on dynamic cardio and strength exercises.
The mental and emotional benefits of this class means it is a great way to de-stress! No boxing experience required. It is recommended that you get your own gloves to ensure a good fit, however gloves can be provided.

Our Saturday Morning Boot Camp is the number 1 way to start your weekend! It is designed to challenge you, improve your mental and physical strength, aerobic conditioning, muscle tone, endurance, speed & power. We use a range of functional movements & exercises, based on basic human movement patterns.
We use a mix of both body weight and equipment such as dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, balls, battle ropes and more, ensuring a full body workout! You might get a little dirty and have a bit of fun in this session. Added bonus – we are finished in time for Parkrun!
