Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session if you need to cancel. You may be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. 

Late Policy:
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.


Dress Code
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session.


Minors training in the Gym Policy
Persons under the age of 16 are only permitted to attend and use the gym under the direct supervision of a qualified Personal Trainer. (Parent or Guardian to complete and sign the ‘Parent/Guardian Consent Form’ and 'Waiver' prior to training.) The person does not need to be accompanied by a Parent or guardian for their gym visits.


Bringing your Children to the Gym Policy
⦁    It is preferred that you do not brIng your children you to your sessions, however if you need to you must do so at your own risk. (you will be asked to sign a waiver/assumption of risk form) 
⦁    It is imperative that your children stay off all equipment and do not play with equipment for their safety and the safety of others. 
⦁    There is a small, open area within the gym with some toys and a table where your children can sit or play. Please understand that your children MUST remain in this area for their safety and the safety of others. 
⦁    Follow Me 2 Fitness does not provide childminding or supervision for your children, nor do they take responsibility for your child. Your child is your responsibility.
⦁    Safety is my number one priority and I don't want to see your children get injured.

Privacy Policy
At Follow Me 2 Fitness we take your privacy seriously. We do not pass your information onto any other business. If you do not wish to receive email, sms or mail correspondence from us regarding  special offers, promotions or your health then please send us an email or letter confirming that you wish to unsubscribe for such methods of communication.

Complaints Handling
If you have a complaint, please message us at fm2fitness@gmail.com with your complaint and we will do all that is reasonably and practicably possible to assess the merits of the complaint and respond to such complaints within a reasonable time and within a reasonable manner.
