Cancellation Policy
The following fees apply for Cancellations
0-2 hours = Full session fee
2-6 hours = 50% of your session fee
6+ hours = No fee
Payment Policy
Clients are to remain a minimum of 1 session paid in front.
If your booking a casual sessions, payment must be made to secure to your appointment.
If you purchase bulk packs, your next pack must be purchased prior to your last paid session to secure your next appointments.
Payments can be made either by bank transfer or cash.

Dress Code
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session.
Privacy Policy
At Follow Me 2 Fitness we take your privacy seriously. We do not pass your information onto any other business. If you do not wish to receive email, sms or mail correspondence from us regarding special offers, promotions or your health then please send us an email or letter confirming that you wish to unsubscribe for such methods of communication.
Complaints Handling
If you have a complaint, please message us at fm2fitness@gmail.com with your complaint and we will do all that is reasonably and practicably possible to assess the merits of the complaint and respond to such complaints within a reasonable time and within a reasonable manner.
Frequently Asked Questions
“Can I bring my children to PT Sessions?”
YES! You can bring your children, however a few strict rules & regulations apply:

Your children are your responsibility. There is no supervision provided for your children.

You will be asked to sign a waiver.

Children are not permitted to use the gym equpiment unless they are under the instruction of a Personal Trainer. You are encouraged to bring toys, ipads, activities etc to keep your children occupied.
“Can my children participate?”
YES! Depending on the age and maturity of your child.

High School aged children are permitted to participate in sessions, with participating adult.

Primary school aged children permitted on case-by-case basis, with participating adult. (This is to ensure safety of all participants)
