High Intensity Interval Training, is a technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved metabolism.
HIIT sessions are group based sessions that run on a weekly timetable. Sessions are 30min, $10 per person per session.

BoxFit is a group based sessions that works on a weekly timetable.
